Interview Process Begins
The Search Committee has finished organizing and designing its processes, although of course we’ll modify them as we use them and learn more. The interview process has begun, which I know all of us were looking forward to. The candidates are steadily coming in (digitally, of course), and they’re from all over the country and different kinds of churches and ministries. We’ve found that when we ask them, “How would you do… [something St. Paul’s needs to do]?”, they can give us really worthwhile suggestions. That’s why one of the most important parts of our task is to listen – we can learn a lot, and not just about the candidates. Keep your prayers coming!
