SACRED GROUNDS UPDATE

We are in the ground! Buy bulbs and sponsor plants to help reach the finish line.
This week eight new trees were planted on the campus. Next Saturday 27 September we will plant the native pollinator garden. How can you help?
Buy bulbs: Follow the link to the order form HERE. Complete the form and return it to the office. Order forms are also available in Dixon House and on the table at the back of the sanctuary. We are taking orders through 05 October and bulbs can be picked up on 26 October. To pay, you may write a check and make a note for “Sacred Grounds Bulb Sale” or you can pay on line at this link – Give Now – and choose “Sacred Grounds Bulb Sale” from the dropdown menu.
Adopt a plant: You may want to be a benefactor and adopt one or more of the plants scheduled for installation. There are over twenty varieties of trees, flowers, and shrubs – all natives – available for sponsorship. Click HERE to see the full list. You may also sign up on the plant schedule displayed in Dixon House or send a message to info@stpaulschestnuthill.org with a note on which plant(s) you’d like to sponsor. To pay, you may write a check and make a note for “Sacred Grounds Plant Adoption” or you can pay on line at this link – Give Now – and choose “Sacred Grounds Plant Adoption” from the dropdown menu.
Bring a trowel or spade and gloves: Plants will be placed and ready for planting at next Saturday’s all ages event from 11:00am – 1:00pm on Saturday 27 September. Get your hands in the dirt. It’s good for the soul.
Thanks to everyone who is working to make this project a success.
