Return: a Lenten Sound Bath with Rev. Callie – Saturday, March 28
Lent invites us to return: to God, to ourselves, to what is most true beneath the noise of daily life. Join the Rev. Callie Swanlund around the labyrinth on Saturday, March 28 from 1-2:30 PM for a Lenten sound bath: a gentle space of prayerful listening where singing bowls, chimes, and soothing tones support release, reflection, and spiritual renewal.
In this season of wilderness and preparation, we’ll make room for stillness beyond words and allow sound to guide us back to God. No prior experience is needed; dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat or blankets, and come as you are. $20–30 sliding scale; no one is turned away for lack of funds.
