February & March Collections: Family Promise of Philadelphia
In February and March St. Paul’s will be collecting new and gently used car and booster seats to help families being served by Family Promise. Previously used car and booster seats must not be pass their expiration date and not have been in an accident. If you would like to purchase a new car and/or booster seat to be donated, please refer to our Amazon wish list located HERE.
Family Promise of Philadelphia works with families in times of crisis to prevent eviction, find shelter, and provide access to safe, affordable housing. They customize their approach to work with each family’s specific challenges. They work with landlords and other agencies to try to prevent family homelessness or address barriers to renting, and, for those already experiencing homelessness, they also work in a variety of ways to get families housed. This includes partnering with local congregations for transitional housing opportunities.
