Sanctuary A/C Update: 3/20/24
We are about halfway through the air conditioning installation.
- All saw cutting is complete. Floor grills have been released for fabrication.
- Air handling units are in place in the crypt.
- Condensing units are in the courtyard and will be moved into their final locations in the next week.
- Electrical work has begun with installation of a new panel board. Conduit and wiring has been started.
- Fresh air intake is installed.
- Ductwork is about 80% complete
Floor cutting posed the most risk of hitting snags since many utilities are actually in the slab. Now that we’re past that we should be clear to hit the end of April date for completion.
