St. Paul’s Summer Trip to Standing Rock, South Dakota July 11-19
This July, St. Paul’s will be joining the community of Church of the Good Samaritan on a trip to Standing Rock Reservation. Folks of all ages are welcome, though please note that if a child has not yet completed 9th grade, a parent/guardian will need to come as well. The primary reason for the trip is to help prepare for and facilitate a 3 day Summer Camp. Adults who attend will be able to help lead lessons and games, and youth who attend will have the opportunity to attend the camp along with the students from the reservation. This is an extraordinary opportunity to grow in community with our siblings at Standing Rock, deepen our faith, and live out our Gospel call. The total price for the trip is $1,000 per person, and we are asking for trip commitments to be made in the next couple weeks.
